Easy fish dinner for the summer heat!

Flavors of summer with this easy fish dish!

Ingredients
4 medium-sized fish
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
Pan dripping from the dish you cooked the fish in
1 1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 Cup of A-1 Sauce
4 dashes of Tabasco (more or less depending on heat preference)
3 tbs of Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of red pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 1/2 tsp of sweet paprika
2 tbs of brown sugar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Barbecue sauce for Fish
Directions
Fish
Salt and pepper each filet of fish
Warm pan over medium heat until water droplet sizzles
Place butter in pan and allow to melt
Place fish skins side down and baste your butter over the fish until golden brown
Remove from heat and place fish on warm plate
Barbecue Sauce for Fish
Using the pan that you cooked the fish in combined all the ingredients for the sauce
Cook in pan for two mins stirring constantly
Allow sauce to cool slightly then dress the fish with the sauce
Recipe Note
It's important to allow you fish to rest as well as not serve extremely hot sauce on you fish. You don't want to continue to cook the fish once it's been removed from the heat. Serve with fresh lemon slice.
